After purchasing the neglected store in November 2022, the goal was to increase sales, replenish inventory, create better customer service and build a community for the post office.


We were on track…


Canada Post sales increased 12.9% from Jan to Oct 2024 compared to the same period the previous year. Within 12 months, we achieved the status of the #1 Google-ranked Canada Post outlet in Oakville, bringing the previous rating from less than 2-stars up to 4.3-stars. And we created a post office for the community.


The post office strike the last 6 weeks of 2024 screwed us. 


What was supposed to be the busiest time for us…we lost about 90% of our revenue compared to 2023…with no help from Canada Post Head Office. They threw us and all their authorized dealers under the bus.


We decided not to renew our dealership agreement as we don’t want support a business that doesn’t support its own people.


Throw in rent increasing 6% and Canada Post revenue declining with their bad business decision we decided to shut it down now.

About Us

Family owned and operated, my wife and I took over the store in November 2022. We have three kids that you'll see "helping out" every now and then.


We aim to become the friendliest and most efficient Canada Post in Oakville.


We sell greetings, birthdays, seasonal cards & gifts. We have an OLG lottery kiosk and also now do passport photos.


We also support and showcase local artist's designs for art, jewelry, cards, and other handmade items.
